It requires high coating equipment and has great influence on coating efficiency.

Look at the film surface gloss, good surface or high gloss, shiny uniform, the horizontal seal, or matte soft luster, uniform, no abrupt reflection, the gloss difference in less than 5 degrees (using BYK spectrophotometer, at a 60 degree angle measurement); if there is a shadow of transparent film look, if there is like a mountain like flowing water lines.

The thickness of the light and dark area is thick and the thickness of the bright place is thinner. For the manufacturers with uniform thickness, the light transmittance of the film must be paid attention to.
