Take the film at both ends of 5m to flattening. If it can be flattened easily, it indicates that the smoothness of the film is good. The machine will not wrinkle and so on. It can ensure normal use. How hard it is to flattening, especially on both sides, is loose. This kind of film will be difficult to be coated. It must be preheated and speed down to be used reluctantly. It requires high coating equipment and has great influence on coating efficiency.

Two see

Look at the film surface gloss, good surface or high gloss, shiny uniform, the horizontal seal, or matte soft luster, uniform, no abrupt reflection, the gloss difference in less than 5 degrees (using BYK spectrophotometer, at a 60 degree angle measurement); if there is a shadow of transparent film look, if there is like a mountain like flowing water lines.

Three heating

Take the membrane of 25*25CM, put it into a 70 degree oven, bake for about an hour, take out, the quality of the membrane size change is small, within 1CM, the film surface is dry, no oil stains. Poor film will appear drum, large size change, and even the surface has obvious traces of oil, indicating that there are small molecules in the membrane precipitation, which has great potential risks for subsequent printing. The size variation of the film indicates that the residual stress of the film is large, which will also affect the dimensional stability of the final product.
